DealTracker is an AI-native workspace for corporate lawyers. Mike, our agent, reads documents, builds the deal workspace, coordinates work between buy-side and sell-side, and gives partners real-time visibility on every deal. We are backed by Forum Ventures and accepted into NVIDIA Inception, and we are working with mid-market M&A firms as design partners through 2026.
We are two co-founders. Headcount will stay small through 2026. We hire for taste and range, not for narrow specialism. The people who do well here:

- Can hold the whole problem in their head, from product to GTM to customer

- Take ownership without being asked

- Founding engineer (full-stack, comfortable with AI agents, RAG, TypeScript, Python)
- Founding designer (product surfaces, marketing site, brand)
- Founding go-to-market (US-based, comfortable with legal industry, partner-level conversations)
- Lawyer-in-residence (ex-BigLaw M&A, helping us think like a partner)
